Both the 2015 Scott Sub 20 and Sub 30 offer a butted 6061 aluminum frame with a sturdy, nimble ride. Flat handlebars that create a comfortable, upright riding position good for traffic visibility. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes that work powerfully and effectively in all weather conditions. Platform pedals let you ride with any shoes you please. Both models include front and rear fenders that shield you from road spray and grit. We have a couple of these awesome bikes left in stock and on sale!

Bombing on a Budget ! 2015 Scott Scale 950

The SCOTT Scale 950 features a super light 6061 aluminum frame that boasts an array of formed and butted tubes along with a tapered head tube to deliver a strong, stiff and responsive ride. The series comes fully equipped with a Fox 32 Float Evolution CTD fork has 100mm of travel that can be easily tuned among the 3 modes (Climb, Trail, Descend) called RideLoc. Shimano double-ringed crankset is paired with a 10-speed, 11-36t cassette for a capable range of gears. Shimano Deore shifters and Xt rear derailleur move cleanly and precisely through the 20 gears. Shimano hydraulic disc brakes provide smooth, powerful deceleration.Sturdy Syncros GX19 rims are wrapped with Maxxis Ikon tires for easy-rolling speed and good traction. The SUB 30 is designed for commuting, trips to the store, getting around town or a brisk ride to get the heart rate up. Frame and fork eyelets make it easy to mount a rack or fenders, so you can transport your groceries with ease and stay dry doing it. The rugged wheel set can easy navigate rough city streets and the hydraulic disc brakes stop on a dime even if your loaded down with groceries. The Sub 30 also comes equipped with 27 speeds to help you tackle the hills and Schwalbe citizen tires that have great tread and a kevlar guard to help prevent flats.
